Frame Drum Circle – Soul to Soul

The Frame Drum is a powerful instrument used in ancient times for spiritual enlightenment and healing. Modern culture is beginning to awaken again to the healing combination of sound, voice and drumming with science & modern medicine acknowledging the positive effects of sound & frequency on the body at a cellular level. Through singing, toning and drumming together we create community in the safety of the drum circle and give ourselves the opportunity to open up to our individual truths. Come join us as we awaken soul to soul, with each other, the frame drum and ourselves.

We will:
Begin with a sound meditation
Learn basic drum strokes
Find our voice through toning
Experience the vibrational effects of drum massage
Create community
Nurture our collective heart, mind & soul

No experience necessary. Please bring your drum if you have one. If you don’t have one yet, just bring your voice, an open heart and your willingness to participate. There will be frame drums available to borrow.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
