Retreat spaces are rented hourly, by the half day (8am-12, 1pm-5pm, 6p-10pm), or for the full day (8am - 5pm). Larger groups may need additional chairs and/or tables which can be rented as needed ($10/table and $2/chair)
The Barn-by-the-Creek
The Barn Fire Pit
The Fire Pit is located by a babbling creek and a rustic barn which can serve as additional event space. It sits across the road from the Circle Lodge and next to the Pond House. Another fire pit is located by the Retreat Center
$100 for the first 3 hours, $25 each additional hour; firewood not included. $25/hour attendant to check-in, check-up, and check-out.
Retreat Center Great Room
The Community Room is adjacent to the kitchen and has easy access to the Hummingbird Porch. A performance stage graces one wall opposite the fireplace hearth. All Retreat Guests have access to the room unless it has been rented for a private function. The room may be rented for exclusive use on weekdays.

Retreat Conference Room
The Conference Room is a cozy place for meetings, a wrap-around porch, and spa area (sauna, massage rooms, and hot tub are immediately adjacent.

Retreat Center Sound Room
The Sound Room can be set for presentations, meals, discussions, and movies. A projector and sound system allows for transformation into a theater. It is adjacent to the kitchen and spa area, steps away from the Community Room.

Yoga Studio
The Yoga Studio is located steps away from the Retreat Center. A large windows give a gorgeous view of the incoming creek. A small fire pit is located in back.

The LakeTrail Music Studio
The Lake Trail Studio has hosted numerous artists and musicians.
Isolated in the woods and adjacent to the Natchez Trace State Park, this gorgeous 770 sq ft wooden structure has an open 350 sq ft deck.

The CircleLodge has hosted numerous wedding rehearsal dinners and small conferences. Both indoor and outdoor conference areas are available. There is also a screened sitting area that sits six. Prices are variable according to usage and your needs. Seats 48 outside and 60 inside.

Massage Rooms
Two massage rooms are available for rent. Each room has its own toilet and basin and are located adjacent to the comfy conference room. The two rooms connect to each other via a private hallway containing a bathtub. Basically, the original set-up was for Jack-and-Jill bedrooms when the property was a residence.
Fire Pit on the Lake at Big East Fork Retreat
The Fire Pit is located by a seven acre natural lake and next to the Lake Gazebo (pictured) which can be added as an additional event space. It sits across the road from the Circle Lodge and near the Pond House. Another fire pit is located by the Barn-by-the-Creek
Fire Pit behind the Yoga Studio
The Yoga Fire Pit is located behind the Yoga Studio by a seven acre natural lake and next to the Lake Gratitude. The Lake Gazebo can be added as an additional event space.
